We live now in a ‘Knowledge Society.’  Here the ‘power’ of the brain rules supreme. The moment belongs  to the ‘knowledge worker’ who can work at tasks of planning, acquiring, searching, analyzing, organizing, and so on.

Usha Martin school is committed to the making of a ‘knowledge worker’ through a child-centric constructivist curriculum. To achieve this goal, the Usha Martin school system is run in the framework of a Total Education Management approach (TEM) based on 8 pillars of teaching and learning. These pillars are rooted in our education traditions while they look forward to the new age.

The curriculum is inspired by the National Curriculum Framework (2005),
which stresses on allowing children to realize their potential. Following the NCF ethos our content focuses on the social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth of each child, with equal consideration for each of those needs. Usha Martin School is a global initiative driven by the goal to achieve quality education. It is truly a place where children are intrinsically motivated to  learn more.
